Privacy policy
infoPreliminary version for testing; it needs an approved legal review before the real launch.
1. Data we collect
We collect your email and name, your national ID when verifying through Nafath, your wallet, bidding and auction-registration history, and basic technical data needed to run the platform.
2. How we use it
We use it to create your account, verify identity, run the wallet, deposits and bidding, send notifications about your activity, protect the platform from fraud and improve the service.
3. Sharing data
We do not sell your data. We may share it with the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting and databases, identity verification, payment processing, email delivery) as required for their services, and with official authorities when legally requested.
4. What other users see
Bids appear to viewers under anonymous numbers (for example "Bidder 1") without revealing your identity, and your personal data is never shown to other bidders.
5. Retention and security
We keep data for as long as needed to run the account and comply with regulations, and apply access controls and encrypted connections to protect it. Wallet and identity data is visible only to its owner and authorized administrators.
6. Cookies
We use essential session cookies for sign-in and to remember your language, and do not use them for advertising.
7. Your rights
Under the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your data where not in conflict with regulations. Contact us through the contact page to exercise these rights.
