Terms & conditions
infoPreliminary version for testing; it needs an approved legal review before the real launch.
1. Acceptance and definitions
By using or registering on the platform you agree to these terms. "Platform" means the online auction site, "Organizer" is the auction owner, and "Bidder" is a registered user who takes part in auctions.
2. Registration and identity verification
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information, and complete Nafath identity verification before registering for any auction. One account per person is allowed, and users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
3. Wallet and deposit
Bidders top up their wallet and each auction's deposit is held from their available balance on registration. The deposit is refunded in full to non-winners when the auction ends, is cancelled, or the participation is rejected; the winner's deposit is credited toward the award price.
4. Bidding
Every bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn once confirmed. A bid must be at least the current price plus the minimum increment. An auction may be extended automatically when a bid arrives in its final minutes, per the auction's settings.
5. Award and payment
The auction is awarded to the highest valid bid, provided any reserve price is met. The winner must pay the remaining part of the award price. The consequences of non-payment are set out in each organizer's auction terms.
6. Cancellation and changes
The organizer or the platform may cancel or suspend any auction when necessary, and held deposits are refunded automatically. The platform may amend these terms, and continued use means acceptance of the amendment.
7. Prohibited conduct
Price manipulation, collusion between bidders, multiple accounts, or any attempt to harm the platform or its users is prohibited. The platform may suspend violating accounts.
8. Limitation of liability
Property details are supplied by organizers, and bidders are responsible for reviewing them and inspecting the property before bidding. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of organizers' data, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities decide any dispute arising from them.
